Christian Skjølstrup is the CEO of Glass Management and an A&R consultant for Universal Music Denmark.

Representing the biggest Danish acts (Gulddreng, Malte Ebert & Dúné for example), his artists and writers have been behind countless number ones. From hiphop & dance to super-cool scandi-pop, the roster is eclectic but carefully cherry-picked. They also have an epic studio complex and offices in the heart of Copenhagen, where they regularly host songwriting camps.
